This add-on option allows a 110v external power source such as job-site power to be connected to the charging system of a Sentry-Pro or Scout. This option helps refresh the backup battery system if the solar panels are not getting enough sunlight during winter days or long periods of overcast weather.
Often, the deployment site has temporary power available. The shore power option enables the system to connect to site power for continuous charging and operation. If shore power is interrupted, the system automatically switches to its solar array and integrated battery backup, providing 7–10 days of autonomous operation.
