Most orders are ready to ship within 2 business days. However we do reserve up to 4 business days (from the order date) to prepare your order for UPS pickup. If you require an order sooner we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. If you need an order expedited please call us, we can quote the cost of the options available. Thank you.
Transit Time from Date of Pickup
All orders including ground shipments require a signature for delivery. Packages will not be left on door steps or any other place without an authorized delivery signature.
ATTENTION: If an item is under 5 pounds we reserve the right to ship using USPS instead of UPS.
Expedited Shipping
If you desire guaranteed delivery, we offer UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight options. Please note that even if you choose to pay for an expedited delivery, we still require 24 hours to process and prepare your order for pickup. In other words, if you choose overnight shipping, you will receive the order two days from the date of placing the order.
