ProVue Custom Viewing Screens

We're going to give you a quick overview of the custom viewing that can be done on the ProView NVRs. This applies to the 4, 8, 16, and 32-channel units. For this demonstration, we're going to work with our 8-channel unit here, and so the first thing that you can do is, well, you'll notice when you come down to the bottom left, it shows you different layouts. So we can choose different custom screens to view from. We can look at all eight at the same time, we can do the four like I just showed you. It also has custom views such as this. Now you can choose what cameras you're viewing where. So if I wanted to take this camera here, I could drag it up here, and now we've got a large view of this camera. I can use digital zoom at any time. On any one of these cameras, I can digitally zoom in.

Oh, what's he doing? Let's take a look. Okay. Here is more digital zoom, and you can do that on any camera. You can adjust any camera's digital zoom any way you would like, and you can grab any camera and pull it to full screen. If you want to see something full-screen, you double-click on it, and there it is. To go back to the multi-view screen, you just simply click on it, and it takes you back there. You can also do a sequence. The auto sequence basically shows... Not basically; it does show each camera for a certain amount of time, and then moves on. There's me right there. Okay. Now let's show you a little bit about the digital zoom and optical zoom. So let's take this camera here, and let's show you optical zoom first. This is us adjusting the lens. It's optically zooming into the field of use, so we're seeing the detail that we want to see at the right location.

Once it gets done zooming, it'll auto-focus, and we have it there. So now we've just optically zoomed in to this location, and here I am here. Now we've got digital zoom. This is a digital zoom. This is after the optical, and all cameras have the digital zoom capability, so you can see a lot of detail up close. Okay, so you can customize any view that you want to see. Any cameras that are a priority, you can drag up here, you can pull it to full screen, and you can go back to the multi-camera layout. Yes, and we can drag and drop any cameras to any location. That's it. That's custom viewing for the ProView systems. Really flexible, and really powerful. Customers love it.
