This monthly option covers (1) IP security camera with our remote uptime monitoring service. This option does NOT include replacement parts or service. This low monthly fee includes: remote diagnostics, daily & weekly reports.
We offer our Uptime Service for all major CCTV brands. The camera must be IP technology and have access to the internet. This service is offered as a monthly service, and requires a minimum of a 1 year commitment.
Many site-specific factors can affect a camera. It could drop off line even or fail, the hard drive in the recorder could fail, the recorder could experience a brownout and stop recording, the camera could go out of focus or someone could move the camera to intentionally change its field of view. All of which can stop you from getting that critical footage when needed. Usually, no one notices a failure until you interact with the system.
Our 24-7 Uptime Service assures your system is up and operating and you don’t miss anything. Uptime constantly monitors your cameras for stable video, video quality, focus, viewing target changes and recordings. When an issue is detected, our support center performs remote diagnostics, which solves the issue 98% of the time.
When we cannot correct the issues remotely, we dispatch a technician on-site with a replacement part. Likely, the first time you hear of a problem is after it's already been resolved. The daily comprehensive reports detail your system's performance and the previous day's events and actions. We offer two support levels, Monitoring and diagnostics with daily reports and the option of site service and repair. All for one really low month fee you can budget for.
