How do I become a dealer

Create an account by clicking on the "Login" link under our phone number at the top of the page. Then click on the "Create An Account" button. Enter your name, email address and choose a password. Then click the "Submit" button.

This will create the account and take you to your account information page where you can enter your company information; phone number, addresses, contact info. Once your information is complete save it and then log out.

The last step before we can process your application is to forward us a copy of your tax resale certificate for the state you are registered. This document can be faxed or emailed. Fax:1-800-653-4089 or email: [email protected]

Acceptance and Guidlines

Once we receive the copy of your resale certificate we will verify the information and confirm your company is engaged in a related industry appropriate for the program. ie: security dealer, electrician, IT services, construction or related security services. The process usually takes 24-48 hours.

Upon completion of the review we will send an email detailing acceptance or why the application was not accepted (usually due to a non-related industry classification). Upon acceptance your account will be activated as a Tier 1 Dealer. The acceptance email will detail the Dealer Tier 1, Dealer Tier 2 and Distributor discount levels.

Program Benefits:

Once accepted into the program you can login into your account and purchase items at deep discounts. Orders can also be placed over the phone with one of our representatives. Once certain purchasing levels are reached, you will automatically advance from a Dealer to Distributor which provides even larger discounts.

Program Rules

The program rules are simple. By applying to the program you are accepting the following terms of the program.

  • All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping
  • All equipment purchased is intended for resale
  • Open box items are exempt form dealer purchasing discounts
  • All warranty and support guide lines will be followed as stated on the website
  • Discounts are only applied to Backstreet products, other brands do not qualify
